Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy to insure customer satisfaction.

Authenticity

All stamps are guaranteed to be genuine unless otherwise noted. If the stamp is going to be sent for certification please let us know at the time of the payment so we can extend the period of the return policy.

If the certificate is returned as "not genuine", we will refund the certification cost up to $75.00 plus we will give you full refund on the stamp. The inability of the Expert Committee to render an opinion does not mean that the stamp is fake. In such cases a refund will be issued for the stamp but not the certification costs.

Shipping Charges

To U.S. destinations:
Under $100: Free First Class shipping
$101-$500: Certified Mail will be used, $3.00
over $500: Registered mail will be used, $10.75

To International destinations:
Under $100: First class shipping, $1.00
Over $100: Registered mail will be used, $12.50

All shipments are fully insured by our private insurance company. Any number of covers may be ordered for these shipping costs. We will combine items within reason to save on shipping costs. We will usually ship within 5 business days.

Deferred Payment (Layaway) Plan

Just e-mail us to work out details, and we will set aside the stamps or covers you want. An easy way to get those scarce items you may never see again!

All items offered Subject to Prior Sale

We make every effort to keep our on-line database up to date, however, since we also do stamp shows and sell by mail, it is possible that items may sell before we have a chance to make updates. When you order, you will receive two emails from us -- an "Order Verification" that lets you know that we received your order, and a "Final Invoice" with any adjustments, as well as payment instructions.

Payments

We accept payment by PayPal, cash (please use Registered Mail), personal check (must be drawn on a U.S. bank), Money Order or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
